TLMS Inventory Management







An integral part to effectively managing collateral and premium inventory is the effective receipt and reporting of your inventory. When receiving your inventory, TLMS can use your existing inventory control numbers or create a logical sequence numbering scheme. All inventory transactions are recorded on our system and can easily be exported to your external KIS system. Dynamic real-time inventory can also be reviewed online utilizing Excelsior Integrated's Bulk Order Entry System.

In addition, when all inventory is first received, those items which will be frequently used will be identified and assigned a “low stock point”. When that item hits its assigned low stock point, you will automatically be notified via email of your low stock situation.
